Comprehensive, Compassionate Care:  Age-related problems are complicated.  Our multidisciplinary professional staff -- physicians, social workers and geriatric nurse specialists -- specialize in the care and assessment of patients 60 and older.  Our assessments may include a review of medications; housing and long-term care needs; physical, mental, nutritional and social wellness; and the ability to manage long-term care needs and to cope with chronic health problems.  We provide resources and education for families and caregivers.  We accept  referrals from physicians, hospitals, community service provider agencies and caregivers and from patients themselves.

Unique Expertise:  Our program director, Janice Knebl, DO, MBA, FACP, and our team physicians, Amy Moss, DO, FACOI, Jennifer Heffernan, MD and Hedieh Davanloo, MD, are all fellowship-trained and/or board certified geriatricians with access to the world's most up-to-date information on geriatrics and research in aging.

We accept private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare assignment and managed care contracts.
