SITE VISITORS who wish to contact us for the following reasons may e-mail us at general@e-seniorservices.net:
1. SUGGESTIONS: E-Senior Services would appreciate your suggestions for the site. Are there services or products you would like to know more about or that you are having trouble finding? Do you recommend a DFW provider of services or products for older adults who is not yet on our site? If you will e-mail us with contact information for that provider, we will contact them to discuss including the provider on our site so others may find them. If you have an idea for a newsletter article, please share that with us.
2. CORRECTIONS TO SITE INFORMATION: If you find we have listed a provider who is no longer in business, or if our address or phone for a provider is out of date, please let us know so we may correct the site. We appreciate your assistance in keeping information current.
3. ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS: If you have read through the information on our site and still have questions on a topic, send us your question and we will try to assist. Please be aware that E-Senior Services staff CANNOT provide specific medical, legal or financial advice. While we try to respond to e-mails within two business days, it may sometimes take longer. DO NOT RELY ON E-SENIOR SERVICES STAFF FOR A DIRECT RESPONSE TO YOUR SITUATION. Our company's goals are to provide basic information on topics of interest to older adults, their families and care givers and to serve as a gateway to providers of services and products for seniors. E-Senior Services provides no direct services or advice and sells no products. If you would like us to contact you regarding your question, please make sure your message gives us an e-mail address where we may contact you directly. If you are using a public computer, such as a computer at the library, please provide us with your name and phone number and we will attempt to respond to you by phone.
4. EVENT CALENDAR. If you would like us to include an upcoming event for older adults in the community, for family care givers or for professionals who work with older adults (such as a continuing education event for nurses or social workers) on our Events Calendar, please put the details of the event in your e-mail and provide your name and number in case we need additional details in order to post the event. Please do not submit events more than 60 days in advance (if you give us too much lead time, we'll probably forget). We reserve the right to determine if the event is appropriate for posting on our site.
5. JOB POSTING: If you are an employer who provides services or products to older adults and you have an open position in the greater DFW area that you would like us to post, please provide the details of the position, your name and the business name, and your contact info in your e-mail. Similarly, if you are an employer who has an open position that you think might be of interest to a mature adult (someone 55 or older) that you would like us to post, please also provide the details, your name and the business name, and your contact info in your e-mail. Please mention JOB POSTING in your subject line. The job posting pages are free and function as a community bulletin board. E-Senior Services does not charge for the listings, does not function as an employment agency and has no information nor involvement with the employment offerings beyond posting them on our job pages. We reserve the right to decide which openings are appropriate to post on our web site and to remove those postings at any time. Just as your local grocery store does not verify the accuracy of information posted on its bulletin board, E-Senior Services cannot verify the accuracy of job posting information submitted to us via the web site. Site users must contact the potential employer to verify information regarding open positions. We will post listings for 30 days; if you fill your opening sooner, please let us know so we may remove the listing from our job page. The same person who submitted the posting must be the one to ask us to remove the posting.
6. INFORMATION FOR BUSINESSES/PROVIDERS REGARDING E-SENIOR SERVICES NETWORK. Businesses or service providers who are interested in learning more about the E-Senior Services Network and in being included on the site may obtain additional information by accessing "Membership Info for Businesses" from our home page.
